Different roles have different needs. We will share a specific assignment for the role you applied for and give you some time to prepare. You will then be able to present your work.

Our Teams

Analytics & Business Intelligence
The Analytics and Business Intelligence team collect, stores, analyzes, and manages all data at Coda Payments – creating valuable insights to support the organization's decision-making.
Channel Partnerships
Manages commercial relationships with publishers and ensures a smooth onboarding process for new xShop distribution partners.
Customer Support
Our Customer Support team takes pride in our customer’s happiness by providing a world-class experience to our internal and external customers. The team works 24/7 to manage customers from 50+ markets, speaks 21 different languages, and provides an incredible digital and omnichannel experience to our customers. And their customer satisfaction score is among the highest in the industry at 90%+.
Engineering
Builds, tests, and deploys new product features for all Coda Payments platforms and integrates new payment channels and digital content titles.
Finance
The Finance team is a highly cross-functional team that partners with the business to create financial modeling – ensuring auditing accuracy and compliance. The team is responsible for managing cash flow within the organization and planning for the expenditure of funds on various assets. They also manage revenue, expenses, tax matters, and pricing matters.
Risk
The team detects and investigates all fraudulent transactions at Coda Payments and works closely with local country managers to implement systems to reduce the risk of fraud in each local domain.
International
Country and regional managers are responsible for local strategy and the success of each country or region in which Coda Payments operates.
Legal
The team provides legal advice to support the business, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with payment channel providers, merchants, and third-party vendors. They also support legal compliance matters in each country, deal with local regulatory matters and draft internal compliance policies and procedures.
Marketing
The Marketing team works toward making Codashop a world-class brand – becoming top-of-mind for gamers around the world and delighting customers with entertaining activations + offers. The team’s scope includes global branding initiatives on social media, engaging with local gaming communities, producing compelling content with influencers, organizing exclusive campaigns with game publishers and payment partners, and running efficient acquisition and retention campaigns with smart data.
People & Talent
The People team looks after the entire employee experience lifecycle of all Codans, which includes talent branding, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, rewards and recognition, engagement, HR compliance, and operations.
Product
Serving as the bridge between the business & engineering, Product works with other functions to understand what our users and partners want, writes product specs for engineering, and facilitates business needs through its product vision.
Product Operations
The Product Operations team tracks overall site performance and provides configuration to new features and requests while overseeing all Codashop and xShop websites that are customer-facing – ensuring the accuracy of our contents and payment terms.
Publisher Partnerships
The Publisher Partnerships team works to sign on new publishers, including game publishers and digital content providers. They also build relationships with existing merchants to help monetize their products and services in various markets.
Security & Compliance
The Security & Compliance team implements, maintains, and oversees the enforcement of internal security policies and procedures. They also look after system security administration and user system access based on industry-standard best practices and compliance requirements. The team is also responsible for managing IT assets.
Treasury
The Treasury team plays an imperative role in monitoring foreign currency exchange rates – optimizing relationships with local banks to provide the best transaction and interest rates for Coda Payments.
